the 500 rwhp number is only obtainable with race gas, C16 or the like, and you must have Specialty Z inconel manifolds. Seb's is the only dyno I've seen that actually made those numbers. I had my car tuned by Greg and Seb and consistantly put 400+ to the rear wheels, had a lot of trouble getting the boost stable, made like 20 pulls so things were pretty heated up. This was at 16 psi, in my case with 94 octane is safe for street level boost. To get 500 rwwhp your turbos will be boosting to around 22 to 24 psi, to get there you have to adjust your actuators to about 15 psi. There are some fitment issues, especially with the RHS. The actuator rod interfeers with the oil filter housing, you must get these lined up as perfectly as possible and they must open at the same pressure side to side.
There is slightly more lag than stock, but when they come on the difference is incredible. They build boost a lot faster and maintain it.
All this requires supporting mods, upgraded intercoolers, larger injectors, ECU upgrade, intake and exhaust, and I highly recommend an AFVC, an out of the box ECU can be way out. I had corrections from 5 to 20% to get my A/F ratio to 11.6/1 from about 3k rep to redline.
Please remember high HP numbers are usually only good for bragging rights and are required for drag racing with our cars, for an absolutely incredable street car that will put down an honest 400 at street level boost you will be happy with the 530bb.
